Form Leads

  • When your visitors fill out a form on your website, it is considered a lead. A lead is when a customer shows interest in your car dealership and would like to be contacted.
  • The Form Leads include:
    • Email
    • Phone
    • VDP View Count: VDP is a Vehicle Description Page
    • Visit Count: The number of visits that this single person has come to the website
    • Converted At: The date and time this visitor filled out the form
  • If you would like to look for a specific email of a visitor, you can use the search bar on the top right of the page to type in the email you are looking for.

  • To display more rows, click the drop-down menu and select your option.
  • To go one page forward or backward, click > or <.
  • If you would like to go to the last page, click >>; to go to the first page click <<.
  • You can also change the date range to look at a different time period.

Shopper Profile

The Shopper Profile section on the Shoppers tab allows your dealership to take a closer look at your individual shoppers. Once your shoppers fill out a form that includes their email or both email and phone number, we can track their engagement on your website.

To access to Shopper Profile, you will need to click on the email of the user from the Form Leads table.

  • The first card you will see on the top left will be a quick information card about your visitor. You will see their email address, phone number when they were first seen on your website, and the last time they were seen on your website.
  • The second card will show you the Key Metrics of the visitor. Here, you will see the visit count and the VDP view count. The visit count shows you the number of times that visitor has come to your website. The VDP view count shows you the number of VDPs this specific user has viewed from your website.
  • The next card will show you the Top Source Mediums of this user. On this table, it will show you the source/medium that they came from and the number of visits from that source/medium.
  • The card under Top Source Mediums will display Viewed Vehicles. Viewed Vehicles will show you a list of the vehicles that this shopper viewed on your website.
    • You will see the year, make, and model along with the color and VIN of the vehicle.
    • You can also change the number of rows on this card and change pages by clicking the arrows.
  • The next part of the Shopper Profile will be the visitor's Activity Timeline. The Activity Timeline will show you all the details about their engagement on your website.

    •  The Activity Timeline will show you:
      • The date and time that the user visited
      • Visit started
        • The landing page
        • The source/medium/campaign
      • Pageview started
        • What page it was
        • The page tags (vdp, srp, etc.)
      • You can also sort the Activity Timeline by clicking on Sort and selecting either ascending or descending
